Jayson started his real estate journey by joining a Mortgage Lender, initially serving as the front desk receptionist before progressing to the pre-underwriting department.

Being fluent in Spanish aided his transition to the Origination side, where he cultivated a deep-seated commitment to assisting all his clients. As a first-generation immigrant and the child of refugees from El Salvador, Jayson comprehends the challenges of growing up in a household lacking financial literacy and the significance of seeking reliable guidance.

Jayson’s passion for aiding others, coupled with his profound interest in real estate, distinguishes him—because to him, it’s all about nurturing relationships. During his leisure time, Jayson finds solace in riding his bike and navigating his kayak to soak in the warm Florida sunshine.
